What NewsBridge does

NewsBridge is a pass-through syndication service. We take content you've already published on your Ghost CMS site and deliver it to Apple News on your behalf. We don't create, edit, or own your content — we just move it from point A to point B.

We are independent

NewsBridge is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or associated with Ghost or Apple in any way. Ghost and Apple News are trademarks of their respective owners. We simply integrate with their publicly available APIs to provide this service.

What we collect

We collect only what's necessary to make the service work:

• Account info — your email address and name, used for authentication and to contact you about your account.
• Integration credentials — your Ghost site URL and Apple News API keys, stored so we can sync your content.
• Sync logs — records of which articles were synced, when, and whether they succeeded or failed. This powers your dashboard.
• Payment info — handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number.

What we don't do

• We don't sell your data to anyone.
• We don't use your content for advertising, training, or analytics.
• We don't track you across other websites.
• We don't store your content — we read it from Ghost and send it to Apple News in real time.

Third-party services

We rely on a few third-party services to operate:

• Clerk — authentication (login, sessions).
• Supabase — database hosting for your integration settings and sync logs.
• Stripe — payment processing. Stripe's own privacy policy governs how they handle your payment data.
• Railway — application hosting and infrastructure.

Each of these services has its own privacy policy. We chose them because they take data protection seriously.

Data retention

Your data is kept for as long as your account is active. If you cancel your subscription and request deletion, we'll remove your integration credentials and sync logs. Account information may be retained briefly for billing and legal purposes.

Your rights

You can request a copy of your data, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it at any time. Just reach out — we'll take care of it promptly.
